We developed the layout of the streets and homes surrounding the Dove Canyon Golf Club course, and the grading design of each hole of the golf course.

David reminisces: “The Dove Canyon Project was an interesting design because I was working with Jack Nicklaus’ staff in Arizona. I would get a concept from their office which did not quite work and then redesign the hole and fax it back. We worked together through each hole, and had a lot of fun doing it.”

This project was awarded Project of the Year Award for Excellence by California Council of Civil Engineers and Land Surveyors.

Included in this project is a commercial shopping center and a swim and tennis club. Of course this project includes a Jack Nicklaus-designed 18-hole championship golf and country club, which was integrated into the community through the joint planning and design efforts of  The Nicklaus Group and Hunsaker & Associates.

This project also has the design and construction of major infrastructure improvements of lakes and dams.
